further information
The cleaning systems of the Hybrid series with the combination of water-based cleaning, co-/solvent-based cleaning and ultrasonic are certainly among the best systems in terms of quality and flexibility in cleaning and drying. The aqueous base, i.e. the cleaning agent, is used to remove residues of a “polar nature”, such as activators for soldering flux, salts and impurities from various processes. The co-solvent, in combination with the latest low-boiling, ozone-depleting fluorinated solvents, enables the removal of “non-polar” contaminants such as waxes, oils and rosin-based fluxes and the final drying. It is also possible, if the residues allow, to carry out cleaning cycles by skipping the water-based washing process and moving directly into the co-solvent/solvent area.
The possible use of a heat pump reduces energy consumption compared to the version with conventional electric heating, which on average has 50% less installed electrical power.
The cleaning systems of the Hybrid series can be individually adapted and combined to meet your requirements.
